MUSIC fills the air, and magic charms the senses of the shipwrecked travelers cast ashore on Prospero’s island in “The Tempest.” In Des McAnuff’s frisky and engaging new production of Shakespeare’s late play at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival here, the music is prominent and the magic unusually flashy. A sword leaps from the hands of a stunned young swain, feathers float through the air, and Prospero’s cloak seems to feature a lining of fireflies.
