Sarah Lemp is ready for her close-up. Not just because her dancing eyebrows and twirling wrists in the role of a sex therapist in “Pink Knees on Pale Skin” — the better half of a pair of site-specific dramas “HotelMotel,” staged around a bed inside the Gershwin Hotel — evoke a younger Norma Desmond. Ms. Lemp has also proved to be the most likely breakout star in the high-octane downtown troupe the Amoralists, which is behind the production.
