There’s nothing wrong in the new musical “We Have Always Lived in the Castle” at the Yale Repertory Theater, and that’s exactly the problem. Everything should be more than a little off in the cloistered universe inhabited by the strange sisters of Shirley Jackson’s eerie 1962 novel. They live at a frightened, hostile remove from the world, in a rambling country house where a multiple murder has left impenetrable shadows.
